Agreement to Terms
By booking services with Monica Brazier Photography, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or payment.
Services
Monica Brazier Photography offers professional photography and visual marketing services including but not limited to event photography, corporate headshots, personal branding sessions, product photography, website design, product animations, and marketing video production.
The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timeline will be outlined and agreed upon prior to booking.
Deposits
All deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable. A deposit reserves your date and time and compensates for preparation work completed in advance of your session or event.
The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of your session or event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit and may be subject to additional fees.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you at our discretion.
Monica Brazier Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund of any payments made will be issued or an alternative date will be offered.
Image Delivery
Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe communicated at the time of booking. Delivery timelines vary depending on the size and scope of the project. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Images are delivered digitally via an online gallery. Physical prints or additional products are available upon request and may incur additional costs.
Copyright and Usage
All images and content created by Monica Brazier Photography remain the intellectual property of Monica Brazier Photography. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered images for personal or commercial purposes as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Monica Brazier Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless a written agreement to the contrary has been made prior to the session.
Limitation of Liability
Monica Brazier Photography will make every effort to deliver the highest quality results. However, in the unlikely event of equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of payments received for the affected services.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
